Learning & Development Trainee will be supporting activities in learning and development area in Alcon.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting pre-boarding and on-boarding program, including:
- whole communication activities with new joiners (welcome mails, pre-boarding correspondence, invitations, on-boarding survey),
- booking rooms,
- coordinating meetings,
- preparing welcome packs, monitoring and ordering gadgets
- support in creating and / or updating material
- Supporting different development activities (e.g. training sessions, workshops, Development Days events) by:
- booking and organizing rooms,
- preparing materials,
- sending invitations,
- coordinating communication,
- collecting feedback forms responses;
- Supporting different additional events (e.g. SMP Meet Up Days, Alcon in Action, Off-site meetings, etc) within communication, room booking, materials preparation
Who are we looking for? Talented and ambitious students/ fresh graduates with fluent knowledge of English with strong organizational skills and willingness to develop within learning & development area.
